Lacey Micheal
Founder Of Gem Beauty (Lead Artist)
Lacey founded Lacey Michael Permanent Makeup in early 2017 after dreaming about being part of the beauty industry for years. She always had a passion for anything artsy, creative projects and natural looking makeup but it wasn’t until she went to school for esthetics and then discovered permanent makeup that her career “clicked”. Lacey became obsessed with helping women look and feel more like themselves— but better! She makes it her goal that every client leaves feeling more confident and beautiful in their skin than they came in.
Amanda
Brow Artist
Amanda started her Career path in 2008 as a Massage Therapist. Specializing in Deep Tissue, Injury Work, and Rehab eventually took a huge toll on her body. She needed, and wanted, to change careers and has always had a big interest in the Beauty Industry. Having a daughter, after two boys, was also another reason she was gravitating towards the world of Beauty.
Shelby
Brow Artist
Being in the beauty industry for over 10 years has given Shelby the ability to make her clients feel more confident as soon as they leave her chair. Beauty and body art have always been loves of Shelby’s.
Nico
Skin Specialist
Nico is a mom of 3 and moved to New England in 2016 with over 10 years experience in advanced skin care therapies remaining innovative within her esthetic practice, licensed in both California and Massachusetts.
Nico’s favorite services are Procell Microchanneling, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Specialized facials and Diamond Glow treatments.
Shannon
Apprentice
Shannon is a new addition to the GEM Beauty team! As an apprentice at GEM Beauty, she continues to develop her skillset under supervision from our lead artist and founder, Lacey. Shannon has always had a passion for tattoos, anything creative, and helping people. After a career change, Shannon pursued her dream job; a cosmetic tattoo artist. Shannon is now certified in scar camouflage/color correction and scalp micropigmentation. The immediate results and seeing her clients happy after their treatment are what drive her to be her very best.
Elizabeth
Apprentice
Elizabeth is an apprentice at GEM Beauty under Lacey and has a natural eye for beauty and symmetry. With a background in glam and bridal makeup, her transition to permanent makeup was an easy decision. GEM Beauty is pleased to have Elizabeth join our team, as she is an amazing and talented artist!

Apprentice
Meagan is an apprentice at Gem Beauty offering Brows!
She is also licensed esthetician and started her beauty career in 2020.

Morgan is an apprentice at Gem Beauty offering Brows, lips and lash enhancement eyeliner!
