Instructions for new clients

To determine if you are a good candidate for the procedure, please read list of contraindications below. You should inform us if any of the contraindications apply to you prior to booking your appointment. Doctor’s clearance might be necessary for certain health conditions. Based on contraindications, we may unable to perform the procedure at the time of your appointment.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The following information may inhibit my ability to provide a service to you:

People with active acne on the eyebrows or around the area, will need to inform artist of condition. Please DO NOT wait until the day of the appointment to inform the artist.

If you have moles, skin tags on the treated area, it must be avoided during the procedure.

Note: If you are planning to have any procedure done before a big event, I suggest you plan and book 3-4 months in advance to allow for proper touchups and healing!

EYEBROW AFTERCARE

Note: Eyebrows heal in stages. They will be darker at first, then lighten and peel, look pale underneath then the color will bloom back. It is a two-step process and some may need a third touchup for desired results.

EYELINER BEFORE CARE

Same as eyebrow pre-care above but also:

Please be patient–Liner will heal 30% lighter and shrink in size as well. It is also a two-step process.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all deposits for booking are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please also understand that while I know things may come up, it is your responsibility to manage and keep track of your scheduled appointments with me. That being said, all changes to appointments must be made 72 hours in advance to avoid losing deposit and possible rescheduling fee. Day of appointment cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge of service. No calls/no shows will be subject to 100% charge of service plus no rebooking.

Being on time is crucial to provide you with my best service and is also respectful of appointments after yours. Being late 15 minutes or more will cause your appointment to be rescheduled with 50% fees as that slot could have been reserved for someone else. Please respect my time as much as I respect all my clients’ time.

In the event of a severe snowstorm, fees will not apply and I will do my best to accommodate reschedules as soon as I have availability.
